Order Numbers
The “Prepayment Order Number” (‘PON’) is generated to allow us to efficiently receive your transaction of funds. Upon placing an order you will receive a PON by e-mail which is used to enter your payment details on the site.

Once you have entered the information required from the prepayment form you will receive an e-mail with the actual order number. The order number can be tracked on the site and allows you to view the status of your order and the tracking or registration number of your parcel once it has been dispatched.
 
US$ Surcharge
The U.S. Dollar surcharge has been enforced due to the depreciation of the dollar. The surcharge is applicable on all orders – not just orders going to the U.S. The surcharge may be adjusted without notice in accordance with current exchange rates
 
Shipping options
Reg. Airmail : The tracking number which you receive may not be traceable before the consignment reaches your local post office. In most cases it will take 10-12 days before the consignment is registered with your local postal service and thereby can be viewed online.

Courier shipping : If you have paid for courier carriage the tracking details can be viewed online from origin till final delivery. The delivery time is 3-4 working days from the time of dispatch.

The site implements 256bit SSL encryption to ensure that the date transferred to and from the site has maximum encryption
 
Parcel tracking
If your order is sent by registered airmail, it may not be trackable before it reaches your local post office. This usually happens within 10-14 days after dispatch.
 
Packing options
Discrete packing is available upon request. If not required, your order will be dispatched in a plain envelope.
 
Parcel non-delivery
If you have not received your parcel and have proof that the parcel will not be delivered, we will reship your order once only. If it is still not possible to have the parcel delivered in second attempt, your money is lost.

The guarantee is not covered/applicable to Australia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand and Canada.
 
Return Parcels
We will not accept or be able to retrieve your parcel if it is returned to sender due to your failure to collect it from your local post office. If this happens your order is lost and we will in no case be liable for such.
